So, my blog got nominated for The Patronus Award/ Spirit Animal Award by three different people!A huge thank you to all of them! They are:
Dandylion240 at Not So Ordinary Life– This is her wonderful story-driven legacy, which definitely takes the characters on a roller coaster throughout their lives! Give it a read, by all means.
LilyShadowWriter at Different Winters– Her enchanting Differences in the Family Tree legacy has held my attention for well over a year now. You definitely won’t regret reading it!
Kate at Loewe Legacy – she has a lovely story that includes romance, horses, and the supernatural. By all means, check it out!
“Patronus Award” Acceptance Rules:
- Thank the blogger who nominated you, and link back to their page.
- Post the pretty award picture on your blog. (I chose to call mine the Patronus Award, so I’m substituting the lovely picture above for this one)
- Write a short paragraph about you, and what your blog means to you.
- If you could be an animal, what would you be? Why?
- Nominate 10 other people.
Like I mentioned on my other blog, I’m a 23 year old college grad, who finally has time to write the things I actually want to write instead of big class papers. My hobbies include gaming, reading, cooking, and anything cat-related.
When I started writing, it was mostly because I had the stories in my head and they were just asking to be put down on paper- or in this case, computer. And fantasy always has been my favorite genre, so it only made sense that my first story was very supernatural-heavy. Then, I was sort of free-playing with Simon Meadows’s family and ancestors and I realized that I liked him too much and wanted him to have his own story. So, Our Different Paths came out of that.
The thing I love most about blogging is the fact that it is so easy to interact with readers and others whose stories I read. This is definitely one of the better things that is possible due to the internet!
My Patronus/ Spirit Animal
Always and forever, a cat. I always joke that I can relate to them on a deeper level. And also, I wouldn’t be against sleeping for 20+ hours in a day. Also, while they can seem like jerks to a lot of people, cats have the uncanny ability to make things and people better. I hope I can one day be like that.
